Our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) may process standard server logs — such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and request timestamps — to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and maintain security. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics at launch.

How we use information

We use personal information for limited, purpose-driven reasons:

• to respond to messages you send through our contact form;
• to send email updates you have requested, such as event announcements or shop news;
• to operate, secure, and improve the website;
• to plan and deliver Clematis Paws pop-up experiences in West Palm Beach and surrounding neighborhoods;

• Cloudflare Pages hosts the website and processes form submissions through Pages Functions.
• Resend (when configured) sends notification emails to Clematis Paws operators when a form is submitted.
• Automation tools (such as n8n, Make, or similar workflows connected by the operator) may receive form payloads through a secure webhook so submissions can be routed, logged, and acted on.
• Email service provider (when selected for Join the Pack) may process email addresses and subscription preferences on our behalf.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of participants, or in connection with a business transition subject to appropriate notice.

Cookies and analytics

At launch, the Clematis Paws website does not set advertising cookies or use third-party analytics platforms. The site may store accessibility preferences (such as high-contrast mode or text size) in your browser's local storage so your choices persist during future visits. These preferences are not transmitted to us.
